And, what you are witnessing above is the official one for Nepal. Due to the reason most goods come to Nepal from India the updates are also same. So, you can simply follow the steps above to upgrade to GB 2.3.6. <br /><br />I'm sure you device is unlocked. So, in that case simply flash above and your device should have GB 2.3.6 for Nepal. I'm not sure about changing CSC.
