National Convention for Chartered Accountant Students 2016

Hello World, It's been quite a long time since I've posted anything to this blog. I've been constantly trying to get back and to ensure that happens I've decided to align the contents of this blog with my current career goals. So, in future I'll be posting more and more about things related to chartered accountancy and businesses, in general, and there will be less and less of technology related stuff. I would like to express my gratitude to all my followers and all the visitors of this blog who have supported me all the way till date. With this brief backlog I'd like to get down the topic of discussion of this post.

Board of Studies (BOS), Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) is organizing the National Convention for Chartered Accountant Students coming this 10th and 11th December, 2016 (i.e. a 2 day programme) and the same is hosted by Bangalore Branch of SIRC of ICAI and Bangalore Branch of SICASA at Sophia School Auditorium, Palace Road, Basaveshwara Circle, Near Chalukya Hotel, Bangalore. Through this post, I'd like to bring to the attention of all the students pursuing chartered accountancy course, few of the features of this wonderful programme  and humbly request all to join and be a part of the event.

With the tagline of "UTKARSH - An Elevation to Excellence...", the National Convention mainly aims at providing a platform for chartered accountant students to update themselves on various topics, build and develop inter-personal and professional network with fellow students and also serves as a break from the (mostly) routine and tedious work one has to undergo while at his articleship. For the speaker students and other participants of cultural events, the programme provides an platform to showcase their skills and talent, while for some others, who are co-ordinating and putting their effort to help organize the event  (i.e volunteering), it's a platform to learn teamwork and build upon their leadership skills. Honestly, it is not a joke to speak and/or perform in front of a huge crowd (expected number of participants to be around 1500), undoubtedly not an easy task to manage the event with such an enormous crowd and just imagine about being one of the participant to the programme, the experience will definitely be worth and something else (something you'd not have experienced before).
