PDroid comes handy in such situation.

So, wouldn't you want to control your device and preserve your privacy? I am sure you would. Then, PDroid is just what you need. PDroid let's you block access to information of you choice and more of all it doesn't causes force close. With this you can take control of access to your private data by the applications you install. The developer of this app, Svyat, believes that every user has the right for using any application without worrying about their privacy.

PDroid allows blocking access for any installed application to the following data separately:

  1. Hi Yagy, plz help me with this error. I have flashed PDroid Patcher for CM 7.2 RC5.7 and after that, i installed the app from Play Store, when i am opening it, it tells me 'Oops.. BAD News..etc, visit http...(xda)' plz i don't know what I did wrong

  2. Did you make the patch by yourself? Make sure you mount system and data before flashing the patch in recovery.

Also, if you flashed the updates for fixes then it may not work since the fixes changed the framework and it really depends upon the framework. You will need to merge the zip files and then create new patch for your the new merged rom to work flawlessly.
