MIUI v4 is now available to many ldpi and low-end devices and this news has created a lot of buzz on many android communities out there. MIUI which was supposed to be only for HDPI devices is now also available for various mdpi and ldpi devices, which is like a dream come true for many users. Thanks to many skilled and enthusiastic developers out there for this wouldn't have been possible without them. And, special thanks to stelios97 for making this possible on our little galaxy mini/pop gt-s5570 smartphone too. Yes, MIUI4 Alpha 1 is now available for Samsung Galaxy Pop/Mini GT-S5570 smartphone and you can find more information about that at this article. However, in this post, I will show you a video of MIUI v4 Build 2.2.17 Alpha 1 custom rom on my galaxy pop. Please watch it carefully from below.

So, this is MIUI4 alpha 1 on my galaxy pop gt-s5570 smartphone just after I flashed my device. As a result you might notice that it is quite laggy. Also, another reason for it to look laggy is : I navigated around slowly so that you can notice all the details and know exactly what's going on at the screen. Hope you enjoyed watching the video and got to know enough details required for you. If you have any queries then please don't hesitate to ask me at the comments below.

Also, I suggest that you view through these screen-shots of MIUI4 rom on my galaxy pop. I am sure they will help you provide more detail about this rom. And, if you want to give this rom a try on your android smartphone then please go through this article, "MIUI4 Alpha 1 For Galaxy Mini GT-S5570" and follow the step by step tutorial there.

  2. Yes, it's a bug. You can try installing another lock screen and see if it can be fixed. I already switched to CM7 and don't want to bother anymore.
